Our Structures

The structure of P.S.O is made up of a Board of Directors and management. The BoD of PSO comprises five (5) women.

Their roles include supervision, mentorship, ensuring programmatic and financial accountability, giving strategic direction, and representing the organization in the wider public.

PSO has by-laws and board policy.

The staff of PSO manages the organization daily, executes the strategic plan, writes monthly reports for the governance board to share information and solicit feedback but also ensuring that the board is engaged and knows what is going on within the organization.

Staff members have weekly planning and monitoring meetings during which they assess whether the strategies being used are effective and make sure that all the work being done is creating positive shifts for the constituency.
